CATHY KAMMERER

PT, BSc.PT

Cathy is the owner of Rougemount Physiotherapy and graduated from her Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto in 1994. Additionally, her years of experience in physiotherapy have been primarily in orthopedic injury management.

Moreover, Cathy has continued her post-graduate education in manual therapy, McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and therapy. Furthermore, Courses have included medical therapeutic exercise techniques, cervical and lumbo-pelvic stabilization exercise, neuro proprioceptive taping, specific joint injury management and functional movement assessment.

After 30 years of practice, Cathy enjoys educating her client on injury management and prevention. The partnership of the physiotherapist-client relationship is key to a successful rehabilitation.

FIONA TENNANT

PT, BSc.PT, FCAMPT

As a Registered Physiotherapist associate, Fiona graduated from the University of Toronto in 1998. She has continued post-graduate work having obtained her diploma in advanced manipulative physiotherapy (F.C.A.M.P.T.) in 2009.

Additionally, Fiona has experience in stabilization and therapeutic exercise, soft tissue release, joint mobilization and manipulation. Moreover, She continues to take special interest courses in the area of orthopaedics.

Some of the courses Fiona has completed are in Vestibular Dysfunction, Advanced Diploma in Manipulative Therapy, Levels 1 and 2 of Lynn Watson’s Shoulder Courses, Stecco Fascial Manipulation Certification Levels 1-3, Concussion Rehabilitation and Functional Movement Assessment.

IVAN NICOLOFF

PT, H.BSc., MSc.PT, CAFCI, FCAMPT

Ivan completed his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta in 2009, and has been a part of the Rougemount Physiotherapy team since 2012. Additionally, he has spent most of his career as a Physiotherapist helping clients with orthopaedic and sports injuries meet their health and performance goals. He successfully completed the Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy in 2015 and is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT).

Moreover, Ivan is certified in Integrated Dry Needling, and has also obtained a Certificate of Anatomical Acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute.  He is also Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) level 1 certified. He enjoys staying current in the area of orthopaedics by engaging in professional development courses on a regular basis.

Furthermore, Ivan enjoys working with an active and motivated clientele, and believes that treatment is a partnership between therapist and patient working together to restore optimal function.

LISAH HODGES

R.M.T.

Lisah has been a Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario for the last 17 years, and has recently received her certification in Visceral Manipulation Techniques through the Barral Institute. She continues to study various complimentary therapies to best address her client’s needs and facilitate the body’s natural desire to heal itself.

Additionally,In your treatment session you can expect a variety of assessment and treatment techniques that are based on craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, hydrotherapy, myofascial release, holistic nutrition and Swedish massage principles.

Everyone is susceptible to; stress, trauma, wear and tear, degenerative disease, structural and/or functional abnormalities. Moreover, Lisah’s goal is to work with the body and it’s many layers to get to the root of the problem and relieve the musculoskeletal discomforts that you feel day to day.

HOLLY LEDUC

R.M.T.

Holly Leduc graduated from Centennial College in 2005. Since then she has worked in multidisciplinary clinics alongside other health care professionals. Moreover, Holly has experience treating a wide variety of clients including people who have had: motor vehicle accidents, surgeries, repetitive strain injuries, sports injuries, pre and postnatal issues, also people with limited mobility, as well as child and infant massage. Additionally, Holly believes in looking at the body as a whole picture for the best treatment outcome. She incorporates a focus on relaxation with each treatment.
