Physiotherapy rates vary widely depending on the type of treatment required, we have the practitioner’s experience.

The Physiotherapy Rates:

  • Physiotherapy Initial Assessment (approx. 60 min) $125.00
  • Subsequent Treatments (approx. 30 min) $90.00

Physiotherapy Notes:

  • For Physiotherapy Treatment, payment is due at the time of your Initial Assessment and thereafter payment will be due at your last treatment of the week.
  • You will be provided with a receipt that you can submit to your private insurer for reimbursement.
  • Payment options for Physiotherapy include Interact Debit, VISA, MasterCard and Amex.

Massage Therapy Rates:

  • 30 minutes $70.00 (HST included)
  • 45 minutes $90.00 (HST included)
  • 60 minutes $110.00 (HST included)

Massage Therapy Notes:

  • Most extended health care plans cover Registered Massage Therapy.
  • You can submit the receipt to your private insurer for reimbursement.
  • You can pay for massage therapy appointments by cash or cheque only.

Cancellation Policy:

We require 24 business hours notice for the cancellation of any appointments.

Physiotherapy clients will cost $40.00 for a missed or cancelled assessment appointment, and $30.00 for a missed or cancelled subsequent treatment appointment if 24 hours notice is not given. This simply allows your Physiotherapist to receive compensation for the one-on-one time you have reserved with them.

Massage Therapy clients will be charged $25.00 for a missed or cancelled appointment if 24 hours notice is not given.

The clinic does not benefit in any way from these fees, the full fee is paid to your Therapist for the time they had booked with you.
